Our PE backed client are recruiting for a new Tax Manager

Join a leading firm in the industry as a Tax and Treasury Manager. This pivotal role involves managing tax strategy, compliance, and treasury operations to optimise financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tax strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations across multiple locations.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and advise on transaction tax implications.
  • Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
  • Manage banking relationships and optimise payment processes.
  • Lead financial reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and mentor a small team of accounts payable professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree and professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
  • Minimum five years of experience in tax or treasury management.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and European tax laws.
