Are you an experienced SEN Caseworker with a proven track record of managing complex caseloads and navigating the statutory assessment process? We're seeking a dedicated professional to take charge of the EHC needs assessment for a designated locality.

Your Impact:

  • Manage a caseload of 250+ children and young people with EHC plans
  • Ensure timely assessments and reviews within statutory guidelines
  • Act as the key point of contact for families, schools, and professionals
  • Provide expert guidance during tribunals and complex cases
  • Drive high-quality outcomes while juggling deadlines, meetings, and data management

You Bring:

  • 12+ months in a similar role within local authorities
  • Experience in managing 20-week assessments, annual reviews, and preparing tribunal packs
  • Strong knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014, SEN Code of Practice, and related education policies
  • Exceptional communication skills to support parents, schools, and multi-agency teams
