The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing student's learning experience by providing high-quality support across various year groups. About the Role:
As a HLTA you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in collaboration with class teachers.
- Lead small group sessions and interventions to support pupil's learning.
- Cover classes when required, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Support the development of lesson plans and resources.
- Provide pastoral care and promote positive behaviour among students.
- Assist with the assessment of pupil progress and identifying areas for development.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:
- A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Previous experience working within a primary or secondary school setting (DESIRABLE)
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide references upon request
- Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
