Our client is currently recruiting for an experiencedMobile Multi skilled Maintenance Operativefor a contractual assignment based inOtterbourne, SO21
To perform a wide range of duties on various engineering systems which will include mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing .
Available Shifts and Location:
- Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday
- Location:SO21 2SW
- Shift Times:08:00-17:00PM
- Pay Rate:21.01 per hour including holiday pay with the option to accure
- Pay Frequency:Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM
- Paid via PAYE only

Qualifications Required:
- Driving Licence
- DBS Certificate
- 18th Edition

Skills and Experience Required:
- To carry out routine checks and maintenance on building systems such as , HVAC, electrical systems ( Lighting, emergency generators and power supplies) plumbing systems ( Water supply and drainage)
- To respond to emergencies quickly. This will include power outages, HVAC system failures, leaks or blockages and equipment breakdowns.
- Assist in installing new equipment or systems, ensuring proper commissioning and functionality.
- Upgrade aging infrastructure to enhance efficiency or meet updated regulatory standards.
- Expertise in multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.
