I'm currently working with a leading client in Basingstoke who, following a period of strong organic growth, is committed to strengthening our people's agenda and core operational team. We invest significantly in providing our people with the best service and support. This newly designed role is pivotal in integrating an internal Payroll function and enhancing our HR capabilities. Your new roleWorking in a growing HR team, you'll fulfil a role in supporting this organisation's in-house payroll and HR functions, including taking part in the new systems implementation the organisation is undergoing. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll Management where you'll be taking charge of this company's monthly end-to-end payroll of up to 200 people
  • Support new hire recommendations, prepare job descriptions, update careers page, brief agencies weekly, manage and record all incoming CVs etc.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening, prepare welcome emails, support the induction programme
  • Administer Group benefit plans, support data for annual renewals, organise member presentations and support enquiries.
  • Payroll & HR standardised reporting

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in end-to-end UK Payroll Experience.
  • Analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Payroll/HR systems
