Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who has supported children on a 1:1 basis? Prospero Teaching are working with a successful primary school in North Winchester and are looking for full-time Teaching Assistants.

The Role

  • Position: KS2 Teaching Assistant
  • Location: North Winchester
  • Days: Full time
  • Start Date: January 2025
  • Duration: Spring and Summer Term
  • Daily Rate: £85.00 a day


Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
  • Experience working in Primary Schools
  • Inclusive classroom practice experience
  • Understanding/awareness of supporting SEND pupils
  • Experience supporting learning using various strategies (both group and 1:1)
  • Driving ability


Eligibility Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (registered with the online update service or willing to process a new application)
  • Two professional child-related references
