Annual Salary: £37,958 to £44,015

We are seeking a passionate Maths Lecturer to join our dynamic team. If you have experience teaching GCSE maths to post-16 learners and are driven to deliver innovative and inclusive education, this role is for you. This position offers the opportunity to inspire and motivate students, enhancing their learning experience with a variety of teaching approaches, including the use of technology and the mastery approach.
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons to post-16 learners in GCSE and Functional Skills maths.
Utilise innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
Inspire and motivate students to excel in their maths studies.
Progress, support, and develop each student through outstanding teaching practices to achieve successful outcomes.
Maintain high standards of education and continuously develop the curriculum to meet educational standards and student needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in teaching GCSE and Functional Skills maths within the post-16 sector.
Hold a Level 4 teaching qualification.
Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in maths.
Strong ability to deliver the curriculum creatively and effectively.
Excellent independent organisational skills.
