At GSL, we work with fantastic primary schools in Winchester that provide an inclusive environment, and you'll have the opportunity to support students in their learning and development across various age groups.
What You’ll Do
• Provide support - This could be on a 1:1 basis and also with children who have SEN
• Help create a positive and welcoming learning environment for students
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators to enhance student outcomes
• Have the oppoortunity to go permanent with a school if this is what you want to doÂ
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with SEN and experience in primary education or related fieldsÂ
• A passion for supporting children in reaching their full potential
• Flexibility and readiness to step in wherever needed
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to inclusivity
• Excellent communication skills and dependability
