GSL Education is a leading education agency with a stellar reputation for providing schools with exceptional staffing solutions. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a group of pupils with hearing impairments at a secondary school in Winchester.

The successful candidate will be working with a small group of pupils, all of whom have cochlear implants and are fully able to communicate verbally. The role requires a compassionate, patient, and adaptable individual who can provide tailored support to help these pupils excel both academically and socially within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with hearing impairments during lessons and school activities.
  • Assist in adapting teaching materials and resources to suit the pupils' needs.
