Based in Hampshire my client offers hybrid working of one day minimum per week, parking on site, a very competitive benefits package and is easily accessible via public transport.In this role you'll take the lead in shaping the culture and future of the organisation, driving initiatives that not only benefit internally but will support the long-term success of the organisation.As the Employee Experience Manager, you will shape and execute strategies' that enhance employee engagement, inclusion and well-being. You'll be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment that spans the entire employee journey- from onboarding to career development and beyond.This is a critical role where you'll work closely with HR leadership to embed cultural values across the organisation , ensuring that employees feel connected, engaged and empowered at every stage of their career.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of employee experience strategies' improving the journey from hire to retire.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, driving culture change and increasing advocacy
  • Create and champion diversity and inclusion strategies that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Oversee the delivery of health and well being initiatives to support the physical, mental and financial well ness of employees.
  • Use data driven insights to continuously assess and enhance the employee experience
  • Collaborate with HR, Senior Leadership and Exco to ensure alignment across teams on employee engagement goals.

What you'll need:Proven experience in managing employee engagement programs and presenting strategies to senior leadershipStrong expertise in diversity and inclusion, with proven success of implementing strategiesHighly analytical with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive engagement improvementsCommercially minded, with a clear understanding of how employee experience drives overall business performance.This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role within the organisation, supporting and leading an inclusive culture making the business a great place to work.
