CMA are working in partnership with a people focused organisation to source an experienced Payroll specialist to join the team in a large values driven organisation based in Winchester, Hampshire.  This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a mix of office and home working.

As Payroll specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll for all employees. You’ll manage a high-volume workload, working closely with various departments to ensure payroll runs smoothly and in line with legal requirements. You will help drive efficiency and best practices within the team, while also serving as the business's go-to expert for payroll systems and processes.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and compliance.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs.

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll specialist vacancy:

  • Proven experience in payroll management.
  • Understanding of HMRC, auto enrolment and similar legislation relating to payroll.
  • HR experience with onboarding and Benefits processing.
