A leading planning consultancy is seeking a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a relevant RTPI-accredited degree and a keen interest in urban planning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and supporting documents.
- Conduct site assessments and research relevant planning policies.
- Collaborate with senior planners on various projects, providing insights and analysis.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to public consultations and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
