Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in the preparation of planning applications and reports.
- Conducting research and assessments on planning policies, local plans, and national guidelines.
- Supporting senior planners in the delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Attending site visits and helping with development assessments.
- A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ideally, some familiarity with planning legislation and processes (however, full training and support will be provided).
