A long-established law firm in Southsea is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer/Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancing professional to handle a broad range of property transactions within a supportive and well-respected firm.
The RoleAs a Senior Conveyancer / Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, including:
- Freehold and Leasehold sales & purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Lease extensions
- Other complex residential property matters
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth transactions and resolving any legal issues that arise.
Ideal Candidate- Qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor with c. 3 - 5 years' PQE in residential property law.
- Strong experience managing a full range of conveyancing matters independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex legal issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
