- Handle the administration of estates, preparing necessary legal documentation including Inheritance Tax forms and obtaining Probate
- Deal with the registration of estates and Trusts for TRS
- Respond to telephone enquiries and assist clients visiting the office
- Maintain compliance and risk procedures on all files
- Conduct legal research to ensure the accuracy of advice and documentation
- Stay updated on changes in law and maintain high standards of professional conduct
- Solicitor with 1-2 years’ PQE in Probate and related areas
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining professionalism
- Proactive in promoting services and attracting new business
