Senior Site Manager

POSITION: Senior Site Manager reporting to Project Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Contractor who build medium sized projects through to some of the largest and most recognisable in the South. The company has a turnover of 650million and their name is recognised within the marketplace as delivering projects to the highest quality, on time and budget.

They are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Project Manageryou will oversee a 12million new build which is set within a larger 35million project.

Ideally, you will have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, and Defence schemes between 2m and 10 million understand the construction process from tender through to hand over and be client facing. The Region is implementing growth plans over the next 5 years and would be interested in speaking to ambitious Senior Site Managers/ Projects Managers.

Normally in a position to promote from within, this is a rare opportunity to join this contractor at a more senior level.
