Site Manager career opportunity with a highly succesful contractor working on the Southern Water Framework, based north of Winchester
Responsibilities of the Site Manager
- Ensuring Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management requirements.
- Site documentation
- Ensuring that work is planned and organised
- Carrying out competence assessments
- Sub contractors.
- Liaising with other departmental sections and trades.
- Updating the Project Manager with contract progress and future resource requirements.
Requirements of the Site Manager
- Ideally experience within the water sector , otherwise civils / M& E background will be considered
- Ideally Degree/HND/HNC in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Ducting, Foundations and Earthworks/Groundworks.
- experience at a supervisory level.
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS
