As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Marketing Executive to join their Winchester office, supporting business development initiatives across multiple locations.

The Role:Reporting to the Associate Director – Clients & Markets, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development strategies and market engagement. This proactive and high-impact role will support the firm's growth through lead generation, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities to develop impactful content, campaigns, and partnerships to attract new business.
  • Manage the lead and quote process, delivering high-quality proposals and presentations.
  • Advise fee earners on lead generation, pipeline management, and business development best practices.
  • Build and maintain a network of connections for potential referrals and collaborative opportunities.
  • Represent the firm at external meetings, networking events, and within industry marketing groups.
  • Organise and report on business development meetings, ensuring engagement and clear communication.
  • Curate and manage social media content to enhance brand presence.
  • Distribute new client enquiries to relevant teams and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Deliver business development induction sessions for new starters.
