The client is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in automated machines and mechanical systems design.
This permanent position is located in Hampshire/Surrey and offers a salary dependent on experience.
The role involves producing practical concept designs for highly regulated industries and performing stress calculations to support designs.
Candidates should have experience using Solidworks or a similar CAD system and should have worked on bespoke electro-mechanical equipment.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of several years of relevant experience, particularly in designing moving equipment for high hazardous environments.

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will require the following experience: Essential Skills/Experience

Experience using Solidworks or a similar CAD system
Worked on the design of bespoke electro-mechanical equipment
Ideal to see experience designing moving equipment for high hazardous environments
Produce conceptual designs
Understanding and design experience of different Mechanical Mechanisms (Gears, gear ratios, motors, etc)
