Band 6 RMN

We are looking for registered mental health nurses to join the innovative and dynamic team at one of the NHS hospitals in South East England.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure young people aged 12-17 with acute mental health conditions receive high-quality care while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
• The role involves a variety of tasks, keeping you engaged and motivated, with a mix of routine and diverse responsibilities.
• Shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week (7:30am-8:00pm for days, 7:30pm-8:00am for nights).

Skills & Experience Required:

• A relevant nursing qualification and registration (Mental Health).
• Strong team-working skills.
• A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
• A positive attitude, with a naturally caring and compassionate nature.
• A commitment to high-quality care and adherence to values and evidence-based practice.
