We are seeking an experienced Administrator to be the main point of contact for administrative duties at our clients’ regional offices located in the centre of Winchester. This role is crucial in supporting our construction team and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Meet and greet new starters, being the face of Construction for them.
  • Produce and distribute letters to the site management team.
  • Update Logistics Plans and WIP Sheets to reflect the dates and routes.
  • Book training and ensure team compliance.
  • Distribute Power BI figures to the Management Team and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Maintain the Emergency Contact Details spreadsheet.
  • Code and authorise invoices for the department.
  • Take minutes during meetings as required.
  • Assist in processing Credit Card payments for the Construction Director.
  • Support the Construction Secretary with arranging external Construction Forums.
  • Arrange Director Health & Safety Tours and log them into our in-house system.
  • Distribute and collate H&S monthly reports from the team.
  • Organise and maintain departmental meetings via the Shared Calendar.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with a reliable and flexible attitude.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Detail conscious and able to act on own initiative.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience of working in a busy office environment, ideally within a construction or property context.
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
