We are seeking an experienced Administrator to take charge of office administration in a dynamic environment. This role involves arranging maintenance schedules, handling various queries, and liaising with utility companies and deliveries. The position requires flexibility in days and hours, making it ideal for those who need a versatile work schedule.
- 2-month contract with possibility of extension / temp to perm
- Office based
- Part time hours – flexible on days and times, minimum off 20 hours
- Office may be outside of easy public transport routes so driving you would be advantageous.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Take charge of the building’s administration tasks.
- Arrange and manage maintenance schedules for the facility.
- Handle queries effectively whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
- Liaise with utility companies and coordinate deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Flexibility with working days and hours, able to adapt to varying schedules.
