Marketing & Events Officer
Contract Type: 1 year FTC (38 weeks per year)Â
Working Hours: Part Time, 18.5 hours per week

Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to integrate project events into a comprehensive media strategy.
- Handle media enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns for events.
- Actively participate in events.
- Support other departments with promotional activities, such as managing equipment loans and distributing marketing materials.
- Create detailed project plans for events.
- Lead the planning and execution of events.
- Assist with the production of marketing collateral, including print, digital, and video content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive marketing and PR experience, including press liaison and campaign management.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective communication strategies.
- Strong experience in coordinating and organising events, presentations, and briefings.
- Skilled in PR and press activities, including writing press releases and managing brand reputation.
- Proficient in website content management and the production of diverse marketing materials.
