Private Secretary to HNWFWinchester £30/£35k Pro rata

We are looking for an astute and professional Private Secretary to support a High-Net-Worth family in Winchester. This role will support the management of the office related tasks and private affairs of the family. This is an office-based role. This role will initially be a part time job share with a view to evolving into a full-time role next year.

The Role

  • Assist with running and maintaining the smooth running of the household, liaising two other employees and external consultants and casual workers when required.
  • Diary Management and arranging appointments
  • Travel booking and arrangements
  • Recording family budgets
  • Paying household bills

The Person

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Always understanding and maintaining discretion
  • Excellent computer skills and confident user MS Office 365 to include, Word and Excel.
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • The ability to retain information is fundamental
  • An interest in learning about investment is advantage but not essential
  • You will be a confident communicator and someone who can build lasting working relationships
  • Strong numerical skills and some knowledge of profit and loss data is also an advantage
  • Someone who can work independently
  • You'll have the ability to learn and absorb information quickly
