Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an Insurance Compliance Officer on behalf of our client based in Winchester.
In this senior position, you'll support a local insurance broker, through the management, training and continuous improvement of regulatory compliance.
You'll need to have a wealth of industry knowledge, as well as the ability to lead change and manage non-compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support with regular audits, both internal and external.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship surrounding Compliance.
- Work as a point of contact for any complaints.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance related queries.
- Provide continuous support and updates for any compliance standards.
- Remain commercial aware of industry changes.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of retail insurance products/services.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Regulatory Framework.
- Strong organisational, analysis and communicative skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
Hours: 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: from £30,000 DOE
