On offer is the chance to work across a range of sectors in the construction industry in a task focused, hands on role both on site and in the office where you will drive commercial and contractual elements across all areas of the projects.

This well-established company specialise in delivering a range of projects across the commercial, education, heritage and healthcare sectors within the Hampshire region. As a long standing and reputable business they have major works with local authorities on projects ranging from 100k to 6mil in value. Now they are looking to continue diversifying their support across the construction market and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

In this role you will be based from the Winchester office and work in a close knit team reporting into the Contracts Director. You will be split between the site and office 60/40 respectively and be responsible for commercial and contractual elements across projects including liaising with clients and subcontractors, overseeing JCT contracts, valuations, variations and final accounts.

This role is well suited to a Quantity Surveyor with varied commercial experience in a main contractor or subcontractor background with strong JCT knowledge and the ability to work well within a team and on site.
