As Food and Beverage Manager you will report into an Operations Manager and take responsibility for everything from afternoon tea to function services. Working with a team of Managers and supervisors to develop and manage a team of full and part-timers throughout the department.
For this Food and Beverage Managers role you must have worked to a similar level in a four star hotel environment for at least two years. Be a good communicator and a track record of high levels of guest service.
Along with a decent salary there is also 10% service charge and potential live-in for anyone relocating.
