We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our school in Winchester. This role involves working with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupil in the afternoons and providing PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover for teachers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support for an SEN pupil, ensuring their educational and developmental needs are met.
  • Deliver tailored interventions and support strategies to enhance the pupil's learning experience.
