Test Engineer

What You'll Do:
- Support the creation and execution of robust test plans, from writing test scripts to executing testing phases.
- Assist in defect triage and management, ensuring top-tier quality throughout the process.
- Leverage your understanding of media and broadcast systems (on-prem and in public cloud) to elevate testing.
- Produce clear, insightful test reports that drive the quality agenda forward.
Who We're Looking For:
- Working knowledge of the design, development and testing of bespoke and COTS software/hardware for Broadcast, IP Network, IOT or corporate application depending on technical area of expertise.
- Experience with processes, standards and engineering practices related to monitoring and controlling.
- Experience of networking principles.
- Strong knowledge of technologies involved in Utility data collection, processing and management.
- Knowledge of test governance and an agile enthusiast.
- Experience in media, broadcast, and IT cloud systems.
- Thrive in finding solutions and making critical decisions in complex environments.

Please note: This in an initial 12m contract, day rate inside IR35 and must be within commutable distance of Hampshire for occasional days in the office.
