In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating vehicle routes, deliveries, and workloads. You will oversee driver performance, manage tachograph reporting, ensure timely maintenance, and update traffic systems. Additionally, you will participate in operational meetings and actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with cost and resource management, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and meeting project timelines. Proficiency in TRANSYT, LINSIG, ARCADY, PICADY, and AUTOCAD is highly desirable.

THE ROLE:
* Plan and Coordinate vehicle routes, deliveries and workloads
* Oversee driver performance and Tacho
* Adhere to timescales and quality service
* Cost and resource management
* Compliance with standards and timelines
* Use of Traffic Management Systems
* Mon-Fri (Hybrid working available after training; 2 days in, 3 from home).

THE PERSON:
* Transport Planner with experience in Development
* 5 or more years Planning
* Experience in any of the following desired; TRANSYT, LINSIG, ARCADY, PICADY, AUTOCAD
* Commutable to Winchester
