Relocruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, customer-focused removals company based in Hampshire. With over 20 years of industry experience, they utilise the latest removals equipment and techniques to consistently deliver a high level of service.
They are offering a great opportunity for the right person join this Industry in a Warehousing, Forklift Driving and 3.5T Driving capacity, where they will offer full training in all aspects of the moving and storage Industry including professional packing techniques. If you do not have a current Forklift License, they will also fast track you through your qualification.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate eager to learn and develop, with the potential to progress into a Team Leader role.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Logistics industry, demonstrating excellent skills in handling, packing, loading and driving. This is a physical role so candidates must be able to showcase experience in a similar environment.
This role will involve 3 days of removals and driving work and 2 days within the warehouse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Safely operating a 3.5T vehicle.
- Carrying out domestic and commercial moves.
- Ensuring goods are packed and wrapped to meet high-quality standards.
- Loading and unloading goods in a timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Driving a Forklift in a storage warehouse.
- Adhering to all safety regulations.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
- Managing paperwork and documentation related to deliveries.
- Handling any issues or concerns that arise during transportation.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license.
- Previous experience as a 3.5T driver within the Logistics Industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Committed to providing high levels of customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
