Our client (a provider of global adventure holidays) is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Webmaster / Website Administrator to join their Marketing team. This role involves overseeing web development projects, maintaining website performance, implementing SEO strategies, and managing web security measures, but it also provides a unique chance to work in a hybrid model, with one day per week on-site and the rest remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and execution of web development projectsConduct thorough checks and analysis to ensure optimal UX, SEO, and web conversionCreate mock-ups and test development work across various browsers and devicesPerform routine website maintenance and troubleshoot issuesConduct ongoing website analysis and optimisationManage SEO, Google Search Console, and web security measuresOversee domain, hosting, and SSL certificate managementSupport CMS updates and manage third-party platforms

Required Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have skills in HTMLCSSJavaScriptUX/UISEO CMS (Ideally Expression Engine)Google Analytics GA4Google Search Console.

Our client have stunning offices in rural Hampshire, west of Winchester. There is a preference for the role holder to spend one day a week in the office, but there is flexibility here for the right candidate. This role may suit an individual that has held the followeing roles: Web Adminstrator, Website Administrator, Web Master
