position 3: CHEF DE PARTIE - near WINDERMERE - Fine dining (live in)
- chef de partie required for a amazing rosette awarded fine dining kitchen, 30-32k salary + 6-8k service charge, package upto £40k inc service, live in, amazing produce.
position 4: CHEF DE PARTIE - PENRITH (live in)
- Chef de partie required for a kitchen in the North of the Lakes, Penrith is a quiter town in the lakes and is a good place to live and work. This hotel cooks fresh food, live in, £28-30k
position 5: SOUS CHEF - AMBLESIDE area
- Calling all sous chefs for this kitchen in the Ambleside area, it is fresh food & upto £45k + tips. Please note this kitchen does not have any live in, you will need to live in the Lakes for this role.
