Job Title - Tenant Liaison Officer
Permanent - Kendal, Windermere.
Salary - 32,000 - 33,000
Building Careers are currently working a Social Housing Contractor in the Kendal, Windermere area.Due to an increase in work, we are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team.

Duties will include:
- Responsible for dealing with customers, visitors, and 3rd party stakeholders, delivering high levels of customer service
- Support customers, responding to their requests
- Liaise with teams, including Operational Planning and Service Improvement, to resolve any building issues
- Collate data from customers
- Undertake risk assessments
- Ensure systems are updated with accurate information regarding customer requests
- Identify opportunities to improve processes where possible
- Comply with all legal obligations, including Health and Safety
What skills do I need?
- Experience of Social Housing
- Ability to effectively communicate and react to customer feedback
- Effective planning and organisation skills
- Full driving license
