Job Title - Tenant Liaison Officer

Permanent - Kendal, Windermere.

Salary - 32,000 - 33,000

Building Careers are currently working a Social Housing Contractor in the Kendal, Windermere area.Due to an increase in work, we are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team.

As part of their team, you will be welcomed and looked after. With their ambition to grow, you will be encouraged and helped to develop your career and succeed in all the work you do.

Duties will include:

  • Responsible for dealing with customers, visitors, and 3rd party stakeholders, delivering high levels of customer service
  • Support customers, responding to their requests
  • Liaise with teams, including Operational Planning and Service Improvement, to resolve any building issues
  • Collate data from customers
  • Undertake risk assessments
  • Ensure systems are updated with accurate information regarding customer requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes where possible
  • Comply with all legal obligations, including Health and Safety

What skills do I need?

  • Experience of Social Housing
  • Ability to effectively communicate and react to customer feedback
  • Effective planning and organisation skills
  • Full driving license
