Customer Marketing Manager - Windlesham

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are searching for a Customer Marketing Manager for our well - established client in Windlesham. We are looking for an experienced and confident person who is able to build creative email campaigns that achieve high open rates and drive revenue targets. Ideally, you are a customer-marketing expert who can contribute to the overall success of a performance-driven marketing team.

Duties of the Customer Marketing Manager will involve:
· Planning, briefing and implementing a campaign and automated email programme across multiple brands.
· Working with the Head of Marketing and the wider team to identify customer profiles, journeys and behaviours to develop and implement targeted communications.
· Growing the customer database whilst maintaining engagement and open rates.
· Working alongside the Head of Marketing and the marketing & brand team to contribute to campaign strategy planning and the marketing plan.
· Contributing to developing and implementing campaigns with an integrated approach across marketing and e-commerce functions. You will work closely with business functions to ensure campaigns support sales targets and business priorities.
· Managing relevant components of the marketing dashboard, monitoring and reporting on all planned activity.
· Collaborating with the teams to agree how to optimise opportunities or address decline.
· Optimising and managing the referral programme, defining KPIs and stretching targets with platform partners.
· Monitoring and refining performance to ensure revenue targets are met for the channel.
· Working closely with e-commerce to take campaigns onsite through the regular site merchandising schedule.

The main requirements for the Customer Marketing Manager are:
· An experienced email marketer with experience of Klaviyo or other email platforms.
· Experience of working with referral programmes.
· A creative and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial approach.
· A passion for digital communications and campaigns.
· Able to work to tight deadlines.
· A proven ability to monitor and report on the impact of marketing activity and adjusting activity in line with results.
· Experience of working in the e-commerce sector.
· Strong copywriting skills.
