We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Support Executive to join our Team in Windsor. In this vital position, you’ll be at the heart of our administrative operations, supporting field teams and enabling smooth day-to-day running of sales activity. From managing sample orders and promotional materials to coordinating recruitment efforts and maintaining personnel records, your contributions will help power our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Track incoming feedback through the NPS survey and respond to comments to drive continuous improvements based on customer insights.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Licensed Sector Controller and Regional Sales Managers, including scheduling team meetings and producing presentations.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure annual driving license checks are completed in accordance with internal policies.
- Compile and distribute weekly reports for Business Analysts (BA), Business Development Executives (BDE), and Key Account Executives (KAE).
- Assist in the recruitment process by placing adverts, reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and ensuring new starters are onboarded effectively with access to IT systems, equipment, and vehicles.
- Monitor expense submissions and approvals to ensure alignment with payroll deadlines.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for the Senior Support Executive as required.
- Collate and present weekly feedback and team performance results.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and expense management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
