We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager. You will keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet customer expectations.You will be:

  • Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Develop/maintain procedures, policies and standards and ensure these are being always followed.
  • Ensure that the logs are maintained in accordance with established processes
  • Participating in weekly production meetings and bi-weekly improvement meetings
  • Offering support as needed with inquiries from prospective customers
  • Overseeing QBRs for select customers
  • Quote sign off
  • Margin monitoring

You must have:

  • Background in Customer Service or Customer Service management roles (Account management or BDM would be considered if you have the right industry background)
  • Electronics experience (distribution or manufacturing)
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong prioritisation abilities.
  • Adaptable, perform effectively under pressure, while always maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to self-motivate
  • There will be limited travel to customers, therefore you will need to have a clean driving license.
