Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive with a specific focus on generating leads and booking high-quality meetings with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is passionate about building client relationships, and has a knack for opening doors to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients in line with business goals.
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM records of client interactions and lead progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for meeting bookings and lead generation.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture long-term business relationships.

We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients over the phone, email, and social media.
  • A proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with using CRM tools and other digital platforms to manage leads and track performance.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in telesales is a plus but not essential.
