An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our client. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, strong customer service skills, and experience providing remote and onsite support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Troubleshoot hardware & software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Support and manage ticketing systems, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Assist with networking issues (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
- Work alongside 1st and 3rd Line Support teams to escalate complex problems
- Maintain user accounts & permissions (Active Directory & Exchange)
- Support remote users via RDP, VPN, and remote access tools
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems and working to SLAs
- Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
