Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will take charge of delivering complex projects that involve multiple workstreams and multiple business environments and business units, such as Gas, legal HR etc., ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, and quality standards. This is a fixed-term contract position, full-time, based in the picturesque town of Windsor.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Project Delivery: Take ownership of the project plan, budget, and scope while ensuring timely delivery of business outcomes.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with various departments to develop a compelling project vision, business case, and effective plans.
  • Governance & Decision Making: Establish and manage robust project governance to facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and eliminate obstacles.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams, implementing mitigating actions as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Direct senior stakeholder communications and manage change activities to ensure smooth integration of project outcomes within the organisation.
  • Optimise ROI: Focus on maximising return on investment while considering all options throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire project teams to achieve successful project outcomes, fostering a sense of community and respect.
  • Define Project solution with various stakeholders
  • Front end, client facing experience working alongside various business units and technology teams
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and drive technical teams.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., MSP, Waterfall, Agile) and techniques for planning, monitoring, and control.
  • Stakeholder Management Expertise: Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders across the business.
