Senior Employment Solicitor Multiple Locations: Surrey and BerkshireA respected law firm with offices across Berkshire and Surrey is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with significant experience in employment law to take on a senior role, manage a diverse caseload, and play a key part in the development of the firm's employment law practice.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide range of employment law matters, including advising on employment contracts, discrimination, redundancy, dismissal, and workplace disputes.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals, providing expert advocacy and legal advice.
  • Offer clear and practical solutions to both employers and employees on complex employment-related issues.
  • Lead and develop a team of employment solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development and assist in expanding the employment law practice.

Key Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law, ideally with 7+ years' PQE.
  • Proven track record in managing complex employment law cases, including tribunal hearings and negotiations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of employment law, with a practical, client-focused approach.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to contribute to business development initiatives.
