This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with significant experience in employment law to take on a senior role, manage a diverse caseload, and play a key part in the development of the firm's employment law practice.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of employment law matters, including advising on employment contracts, discrimination, redundancy, dismissal, and workplace disputes.
- Represent clients in employment tribunals, providing expert advocacy and legal advice.
- Offer clear and practical solutions to both employers and employees on complex employment-related issues.
- Lead and develop a team of employment solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Contribute to the firm's business development and assist in expanding the employment law practice.
Key Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law, ideally with 7+ years' PQE.
- Proven track record in managing complex employment law cases, including tribunal hearings and negotiations.
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law, with a practical, client-focused approach.
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
