Our client are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join there team in the heart of Windsor.  You will be joining a company where the culture thrives and you aren't just a number but you will be part of a team that work extremely closely together! The clients you will be working with will span across multiple fun industries.  The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. You will be responsible for creating, optimising and analysing paid media strategies to achieve results, while managing budgets and ensuring maximum ROI.  Key Responsibilities  
  • Campaign Strategy - Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple channels.
  • Budget Management - Oversee budgets and allocate spending across different platforms while ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Optimisation - Analyse campaigns and implement optimisations.
  • Reporting and Analytics - Run regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Audience Targeting - Manage audience segmentation and targeting for campaigns.
  Knowledge and Skills  
  • Great experience in Paid Media or Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in campaign management across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc).
  • Great knowledge of web analytics (Google analytics, Facebook insights etc).
  • Strong excel skills for reporting.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
  • A Google Ads Certification or Facebook Certification could be a huge bonus.
