KRG's client are a longstanding, dynamic and innovative communications agency with an impressive portfolio of household-name clients. The friendly team work from their Windsor headquarters and work with a roster of high-profile, household name clients across sectors including consumer, retail, eCommerce, food & beverage (F&B), hospitality, charities, education, and more!

The Role:Due to client expansion and new clients across the agency, they are looking for a Social Media Manager. You will be at the forefront of shaping and executing impactful social media strategies across all platforms. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver engaging content, analyse performance, and adapt strategies for optimal results. Experience in food & beverage and paid social is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts for a diverse client base, including global household names.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling, high-quality content tailored to platform and audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep your strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Analyse performance metrics and report results with actionable insights.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, optimising budgets and ensuring ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in social media management, either in-house or within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with food & beverage clients and running paid social campaigns is advantageous, but not required.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for creative storytelling.
