A leading design company based in West Drayton are seeking a meticulous Licensing Approval Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the linchpin of the design approval process, ensuring their designs are submitted accurately and efficiently to licensors. Your exceptional attention to detail and proactive communication skills will be vital in liaising with licensors and facilitating the approval workflow. Paying £30K - £35Kpa depending on experience this role is office based, working from home on a Friday on a rotation basis.
  • Coordinate the approval process for the designs
  • Liaise with licensors to submit artwork files for approval
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the approval submissions process

  • Proven experience in managing approval processes, ideally within the design or creative industry
