Morgan Philips is working with a business in Woking who are searching for an Onboarding Compliance Coordinator to join them for 1 month paying up to £20/hr. The successful candidate will have a background of completing extensive onboarding in an in-house recruitment environment. There is a possibility that there will be longer term prospects for this role although this isn't confirmed at this stage.The role of Onboarding Compliance Coordinator will manage the onboarding of new starters in a confidential environment which requires extended compliance. This will include references, right to work checks as well as other background checks. Over and above this you will take ownership of the HR and Recruitment inboxes fielding queries as needed. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR or Recruitment onboarding and should understand how to take reference and right to work checks. You will be diligent and efficient in your approach and team orientated.
