Senior Account Manager - B2B - Exciting DataTech Co - Nr Windsor / Hybrid - £35k-£45k

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager, ideally with experience in data tech and marketing, to join an exciting DataTech firm based in offices near Windsor. You will have strong account management experience, excellent client servicing skills and excellent attention to detail. There will be the opportunity to work on a fantastic mix of client accounts including charity, medical and legal.

What’s on offer?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, well-established and successful organisation. A competitive salary of £35k-£45k (DoE) is on offer and, although it is primarily an office based role, working from home 1 day per week is available.

Key responsibilities as the B2B Senior Account Manager will include:

  • Building successful relationships with B2B clients
  • Leading and managing projects from start to finis
  • Ensuring accurate monthly reporting and billing
  • Addressing any issues with quick and effective solutions
  • Delivering exceptional levels of client care and experience
  • Ensuring all agreed service standards are met and exceeded
  • Attending client meetings
  • Attending events to network and promote products

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable Account Management experience, ideally within a similar environment (data tech, marketing or advertising)
  • Strong management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • A collaborative team player
  • Upbeat, positive and brilliantly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • IT literate including strong MS Office capabilities
  • Ambitious, driven and focused
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work in office up to 4 days
