Salary: 83 - 95 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential to become permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As an Emotional Support Worker, you will work closely with children who face unique challenges in their daily lives. The school provides a nurturing environment designed to support children aged 5 to 18, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop crucial life skills. Many students require assistance with emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction, and this role is perfect for anyone committed to making a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support to children with Autism, ASD, and speech and language needs.
Assist students in developing communication, emotional resilience, and social skills through tailored strategies.
Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and help students manage their emotions effectively.
Build trusting relationships with students to encourage their personal and academic growth.

No prior experience is required to become an Emotional Support Worker. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those exploring a career in psychology, education, or speech therapy.
