Tradewind are currently working with an independent school in Windsor seeking Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors to support the needs of a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine passion for working with children.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
