Are you an experienced and highly organised Office Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a successful company in their field, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Office Manager & Bookkeeper. With over 30 years of industry experience, our client prides themselves on their exceptional products and dedicated team.

What you'll do:

Supervise daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
Liaise with multiple departments to keep stock and order processing up to date
Manage administrative tasks such as sales orders, purchase invoices, and customer payments
Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment
Maintain accurate financial records, such as bank reconciliation and payment receipts
Develop and implement office policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
Provide support to team members and facilitate training when necessary
Work closely with the managing director.

What you'll need:

Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with effective task prioritisation abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in bookkeeping and daily accounting
Experience using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
Ability to supervise teams and manage staff
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
